The Leader in Training (L T) program provides teens with a wonderful opportunity
to gain leadership skills, make friends, have fun, and give purpose
to their summers. L Ts will participate in team building activities such as
group hiking, learn about responsibility through such activities as budgeti ng
and preparing a meal, foster team work skills by creating group skits, and
have f un together playing games and having a BBQ. L Ts will learn camp
songs, skits, and do arts and crafts in preparation f or an opportunity to volunteer
at the Town o f Steilacoom Summer Day Camp. Our knowledgeable
staff is here to give L Ts a summer to remember while providing a f un filled,
inf ormati on packed atmosphere of personal growth in independence, responsi
bility, and character.
